Stage 3: Measurement/Templating

A template is an exact, full-size pattern of your kitchen or bath counters, clearly showing seams, cutouts, edges, backsplashes, radii, faucet holes, etc.
- All estimates include the cost of an on-site measurement.
- Final costs are determined by the A&S Sales approved templates or measurements.
- A 50% deposit is due before any on-site measurements are schedule.
Existing Countertop Tear-out/Reconnect Includes:
- Removal of existing countertop material
- Disconnection of existing plumbing lines
- Disconnection of dishwasher
- Disconnection of cook top
- Addition of non-visible bracing behind dishwasher & cook top (if necessary)
- Checking cabinets for level
- Reconnection of original plumbing
- Reconnection of cook top – original connections
- Reinstallation of dishwasher
- Installation of faucet

Please Note:
- Templating/measuring takes place once cabinets or framing material is fully installed, level, and permanently in place.
- Someone of authority (homeowner, designer, or contractor) must review & sign all templates before cutting will begin. All deposits are non-refundable once fabrication begins.
- Failure to inspect and sign the templates waives the buyer's right to contest the design and final project form.
